OUTSTANDING SERVICE! if you’re looking for an accommodation that caters to your ever need, look no further! beach view at the top floor, wonderful breakfast and the friendliest staff. the reception did an exceptional job at helping us with everything, from booking transportation , extension of our stay. my brother was hospitalised during our stay and we struggled with translation. the women Minh Ha and Ms Sun helped us tremendously translating, recommending what to do from hospitals, transportation, food and everything you could think of. I can not recommend this place enough. the staff most especially made this places. we’re indebted to Ms Sun and Minh Ha. Thank you very much ! 5*

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Great location, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff especially Nguyen nhat Anh and Vy at reception. They were both amazing and gave us an early check in and a late check out, which was greatly appreciated. Good variety for breakfast, including both Western and local choices. A big shout out to the chef’s who were making the eggs at breakfast. DUNG and Hiep were friendly and accommodated our dietary requirements. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you! Communication with the hotel was extremely efficient and fast. They organised a transfer to/from the hotel/airport. Both transfers were punctual and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a good location, by the sea, 5-7 minutes to the beautiful beach around it. The room was very comfortable, with superb views, very clean, good size bathroom, good shower. The staff was very pleasant and very polite. Breakfast was huge. The hotel is very cosy and welcoming. I do recommend it!

    Nha Trang is a lovely beach but can get extremely busy during peak times not only with people but with cars, motorbikes and noise. Crossing the road was like playing russian roulette a little worrying at first but somehow it all seems to work with the cars, people crossing and the motorbikes, so we did master it pretty quickly

    Very nice place.

    Very nice place. Recovering from the ravages of COVID - some places are still not open or redeveloping. With the invasion of Ukraine 🇺🇦 by Russia 🇷🇺 - as a Canadian, whose people and government support Ukraine - the largest population of Ukrainians outside Ukraine is Canada 🇨🇦 - I found it difficult to be around so many Russians who were on vacation and enjoying themselves in Nha Trang while their military and government was raining down bombs on the civilian population of Ukraine 🇺🇦. I wanted to speak with the Russian people I met to ask them to stop the madness of the war they started with Ukraine.

    Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and...

    Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and cigarette butts along the beaches! And the rudeness of the motorcycle riders riding the wrong way on the streets and footpaths. Pedestrian crossing are very dangerous! Maybe they should have more of a police patrolling the streets.

    Do not take a ride in the Rickshaw as they dont tell u the price then tried to charge us 500000VND for a 10 minute ride. Make sure you have cash is king as we had issues with Wise Cards at some Atms Use grab Taxis much cheaper than one off the street

    The city is vibrant, with great culture, people, sightseeing places, food, prices. Unfortunately, Nha Trang is packed with russians, they are rude, aggressive, scandalous. Locals might not know English at all but will know some words in russian instead, which is annoying. 90% of store sings are in russian as well, it felt like we are in a russian-occupied town.

    Small city, beautiful beach, Bus from airport to city is good. Road along the beach is well management. There are many public parks along the beach as well for people do exercise. I visited Museum of Oceanography and I like it.

The room is spacious with huge balcony and living room makes our stay for a family of three so comfortable. The hotel has two private beaches and onsen, beautiful pools and bicycles to use.     We just returned to Vietnam from Hungary. Booked a hotel to go on vacation with my wife because the hotel was new and astonishingly beautiful. The lobby was magnificent, no matter where my wife was, she could take pictures. For myself, I really enjoyed the swimming pool.
