We had a very short stay as arrived late to Hanoi and had to catch an early flight. Receptionist spoke perfect english, room was clean and showers were warm. Location is perfect to reach the airport within 5 minutes (do not expect to find many things in the surroundings).

The staff went beyond their duty to help us. Our plane was delayed and we landed at airport very late They still had two drivers collect us and staff were waiting to check us into our rooms. Drivers were also ready to return us to the airport at 6am.

    Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

    Brand new hotel, super close to airport for our early morning flight. We took advantage of the one free transfer to/from the airport. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooftop pool stunning with views to the airport over rice paddy fields. Room very comfortable with two king sized beds and room for bags our 4 travellers. A few very local restaurants and a mini-mart 100m away which suited us perfectly.
