The best hotel we have stayed so far. The receptionist Nhung was so helpful and informative. All the other hotel staff was so nice and welcoming. Great location and the seaview room is beautiful. The rooms are exactly as shown in pictures. Highly recommended!

Great hotel! It is located really close to the beach and there is an outdoor pool that hotel guests can use. The hotel has only been open for 5 months so everything is brand new. The rooms are very clean. A lot of the houses and buildings around the hotel are unoccupied, so the area is not busy at all. If you like it a little more quiet and want to come down from your busy travels and city life, it’s perfect. The city center is easily reached within 15-20 minutes. The hotel manager is very nice and will give you lots of tips on where to eat or go if you need suggestions.

I had the pleasure of staying at Poplar Resort Phú Quốc for four nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the owner, Van, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Van's hospitality truly stood out during my time at the resort. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist me with any queries or requests I had. From booking attractions to arranging bike rentals and providing valuable recommendations for places to visit, Van's guidance was invaluable and greatly enhanced my stay. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home, and I genuinely appreciated his attentiveness throughout my stay. The resort itself exceeded all expectations. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, exactly as depicted in the photos. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the island. I particularly appreciated the spacious shower, which was separate from the toilet room. In conclusion, I recommend Poplar Resort Phú Quốc. From the exceptional hospitality of Van to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations, every aspect of my stay was nothing short of excellent. VERY quiet and comfortable bungalow in the middle of a well maintained garden. Super swimmingpool nearby. Nanh and his wife do literally everything for you, so friendly and hospitable, they became friends in the two weeks we were there. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also no far to small beaches. We rent a scooter in the retreat, that the most easy way to get to several restaurants and beaches. But they have buggy also and bring you on request to nearby places and beaches.

Situated in a convenient location. The host Brain can speak English and very friendly to provide all the information. Highly recommend to upgrade the room with sea view in order to watch the water shows and fireworks, the view is spectacular and near to the kiss bridge. Everyday at 5pm, 7:45pm and 9:30pm has different performance can be seen . Room is very tidy and clean, comfy bed and good shower. Free breakfast severed in a good restaurant, only a few minutes away by the shuttle electric car. Will stay again if I come to Phu Quoc next time.

Great stay at Green Inn. Big swimming pools, but also child-friendly. Near the beach. Free breakfast and good coffee. Free laundry, cooking facilities and free bicycles. Stephen also gives free lifts in electric buggy to places nearby. Free bbq can be used. A fantastic experience. Thank you Stephen and the housekeeper - you were always very helpful.

    It is overrated island still not prepared for visitors.

    It is overrated island still not prepared for visitors. If you have already been to Thailand or Bali than you can very much skip this island. Everything is very average except sunset town, thats the only thing we found worth visiting. People there are not courteous. The resorts are very average too. you have to negotiate for everything and every activity you wish to do there. Grab is not very easily accessible. The cost of grab, activities, boat ride (island tour), cable car, star fish beach, etc. is all very expensive and not what influencers have portrayed for thus island. Overall, we found phu quoc very underwhelming and not worth a visit.

    This island is really a must see if you make the effort to visit Vietnam. So much to see and to do. The seafood is outstanding and even all the Vietnam dishes are very flavorful. I would definitely want to visit this island again.

    Phu Quoc is a great place to avoid the crazinesses of Ho Chi Minh. There are a lot of hotels to choose from, many not on third party website's a bargain is not hard to come by especially if your pay cash.

    The island is relatively small, so you can do a lot in a short amount of time. The three-island boat tour is a nice way to see a lot of the surrounding area and the cable car is a fun experience. Getting around is very easy and inexpensive. Use Grab. There are some white sand beaches that are quite beautiful such as Bai Sao beach. And, Starfish beach is quite beautiful as well. One of the best restaurants is The Spice House restaurant located at the Cassia Cottage. The food is amazing and the restaurant and hotel are absolutely beautiful.

    LOCATION IN IN CENTRE OF THE CITY. PROPERTY IS ON THE BEACH. FOOD WAS GREAT ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND VALUE FOR MONEY OWNERS ARE VERY HELPFUL. THEY EVEN PROVIDED ME THEIR PERSONAL CAR AND DRIVER FOR A DAY AS TOKEN OF GIFT.

    Our experience was very relaxing but we stuck to the resort. Lots of unfinished building projects on the island which spoils the area. Night market was worth a visit . Grabs - very cheap and plentiful. Plenty of bars and restaurants but very quiet - we were there early May so low season

    The whole property is super nice. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the main pool has a very cool view and the beach is quite peaceful and has some interesting snorkeling sights. The breakfast is amazing and it has everything from traditional Vietnamese things to western options, and amazing fruit. The staff is super nice 😊 The location of the hotel is very good if you want to discover the whole island, and there is a motorbike rental very close to the hotel.

    The hotel has a very beautiful beach, many palm trees, good shade, the beach is a couple of steps from the bungalow. Massage is done on the beach area, a Vietnamese guy does massage very professionally and for a very affordable price (I would recommend getting a massage from him). Food - basic menu. Hotel for a quiet and very unpretentious rest.

    West coast is the best location on the island. The hotel is 20mn of the center by scooter. Pool, beach access, gym and globally services are really cool. Restaurant has a diversified menu. A little expansive compared to rest of Vietnam but I guess it’s the island thing. 3 different breakfast that are very nice.
