The owner is one of the kindest people I ve ever met.. trying at every stage of my stay to make sure I will have the best experience ever! He came to pick me up from the bus station at 11pm and then even cooked dinner for me! He told me I should not even pay the first day.. and waited for me to go back after 3 nights and pay then (I have booked 1 day before a cave adventure.. and one night after). He is very responsive through whatsapp. The room is simple but also very clean! About the location I am not 100% sure because I didnt really go out, but I rented a motorbike to move around during the day and everything was 10' . The river is very beautiful! For Breakfast he made me a sandwich and put it on paper so I could take it with me on my cave adventure. It really felt as if I am visiting family, who want to take amazing care of me :) I didnt feel like I was staying in a hotel.

Beautiful little bungalow and pool in Phong Nha. The host was incredibly attentive, he picked us up and dropped us off free of charge at 4am in the morning when we came and left. He gave us an incredible rate on a bike hire, he really made us feel welcome, cleaned the rooms and left us fresh towels every day. He also helped us with booking some really cool excursions and gave us advice on where was best to eat 😀

The setting of the hotel is special. The room , The restaurant , pool, sauna and ambiance were excellent. Ofcourse the staff were very helpful and happy! A special thanks to Long who ensured all arrangements made from start to finish were perfect.His great sensé of humour was much appreciated.

What an incredible hidden gem. Hannah and her Family are absolutely wonderful. It's a very unique experience staying with a local family which we truly loved and embraced. Hannah can help plan local trips and buses. The room is very roomy and the view is something else. The real question is why haven't you booked already ?
