The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Then receptionist Ms Lien & Ms Jenny are very helpful. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. All the staffs were very helpful and friendly. This hotel really at the centre of old quarter. Highly recommended.

Very pleased to stay in the Victor Gallery hotel, We got a welcome letter from sale when we booked on Booking.com, upon arrival, we were welcomed by the staff with welcome juice, information about Hanoi old quarter, great promotion from the hotel ( 20% discount on restaurant & bar, 15% tour service & spa ). Our room was large, clean and even, we had a free upgrade to a city view. We have short time, so we had to book Ha Long Bay 1 day trip. It was good value and good information. Victor gallery hotel is a beautiful hotel in Hanoi old.

Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast, great location, good beds, fruit in the room. The staff, with special thanks to Aiden and Christina were all very welcoming, friendly and helpfull with everything. Because we had go leave the hotel very early they gave us a breakfast on the way and a small present. Price and quality in balans. Highly recommend this hotel.

Best, most helpful staff! We left Hanoi early in the morning and the staff even prepared bags with breakfast for us, so kind. Breakfast was great with plenty dishes you could also order a la carte. Perfect location too! Great value for money
