my stay here was an amazing experience! The location is the directly in the center of old Hanoi and the staff is very forthcoming and Helpful! Mr Max and his team (Luna, Anh, Pete, Violet) helped with booking an extra trip, checking in and were exceptionally nice!

The location is perfect, walking distance to all the shops and famous restaurants and right next to Hoan Kiem. Good location and friendly staff. They offer a very flexible early check in at 10:30 am and help me to keep our luggage after we checked out.

The hotel has the best people here - Suzy and Rusi at the reception were wonderful from our first footsteps to the very last. Night shift staff and doormen were all super hospitable and friendly too! The location is great. A 10-min walk from the lake, and a little away from the busiest spots so a peaceful place for rest at night.
