I stayed in this Five Star hotel for one week while teaching at a university in Hanoi. Of all of my many visits to this beautiful city, it is simply the best hotel in Hanoi! As well as being impeccably clean and quiet, the rooms are fitted with modern appliances which can only be found in ultra high-end apartments. As a Swiss Professor of Management, I am always interested to see how hotels deal with their own hotel management and training of their human resources. This hotel has a very high standard, which is probably due to the expertise and training focus of their management team, including the female staff manager (from Japan). The end result: the reception staff are willing to help in every way and the housekeeping standard is very high. One example, the counter staff supported me when I booked a superb weekend tour to Halong Bay. In addition, they provided me with options on where to eat and they communicated effectively in English - grand! I haven't even mentioned the gym and the indoor swimming pool, which have to be seen to be believed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Luxury Hanoi Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The management team, especially Ha and Hung, were incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. They were always available and eager to assist, whether it was booking tours or providing helpful advice for shopping in the area. The staff at the hotel were always on their feet, ready to assist with anything I needed, ensuring a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate—neat, clean, and very comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax after a busy day of exploring the city. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The combination of excellent service, a spotless room, and the personal attention provided by Ha, Hung, and the entire team made it a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!

Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. I enjoyed my stay there a lot. I can’t say anything about the surroundings as I mainly visited old quarter, which is a taxi drive of around 15 minutes away.
