We arrived at night and left early the next morning and the...
We arrived at night and left early the next morning and the Guest Farm is located just outside the town so we didn't get an opportunity to visit Bethulie itself. However, as a pit-stop, it was perfect ... we enjoyed the very pretty drive along the Gariep Dam to get to the farm and were able to hop back onto the highway (near Springfontein) the next morning to resume our journey home. Afraid we didn't have time to visit either the concentration camp memorials or the Royal Hotel book lounge, which were the attractions we knew of.Guest review byAngelaSouth Africa - 6.0

Trudie Venter a local resident, Author and historian provided us with insight into the history of Bethuli and surroundings.
