The staff is patient and approachable, I felt at home. The facility has a lot of inspirational quotes almost on each and every wall, good for metal boost. The room was clean, we had hot water and found bottle of shampoo, body lotion and body wash. The extra blanket found in the wardrobe really helped when it got cold at night, I would definitely book here again if I travel to Mahikeng again.
