Everything was perfect. Great service from the incredible porter, Njabul, to the efficient reception staff (Indian lady and Stha), we were most impressed.The breakfast buffet was 5 star and the restaurant staff especially Godfrey were amazing! The rooms were spotless and fresh. Excellent location for all types of cuisine and we felt very safe walking along the promenade at 6am and walking back from dinner across the hotel at the Oceans Mall. Thanks for one of our best stays in Durban,South Africa.

It's affordable, very clean and closer to alot of things but the only reason why I always book this hotel is the kindness of the staff. It doesn't matter who is working when I check in or out, everyone is always very warm and welcoming. They are always willing to assist and very patient, big up to the team at the reception.

    The place is beautiful. Am sorry about my earlier review I got itt all mixed up with another place I stayed in Kempton Park Joburg. The place in Verulam is well maintained and. beautiful I would recommend ito everyone who is looking for an excellent place to stay

    Very convenient hotel if you're either arriving late or leaving early from Durban. The estate is very nice but the room definitely wasn't like the pictures, things in general did not look very well kept, breakfast was poor and the Wifi barely worked at all. Old reviews are great so maybe there's been a change in management.
