We loved everything about the building. Our condo did not have a washing machine or dryer. Nor did we get a key fab to the building. I was locked out of the building at 4am after seeing my son off in a cab to the airport. Eventually, security arrived and let me back in. Other than those two things, everything was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and 5th Ave. Roof top pools were a blast. Chopolis restraunt down the road was our favorite go-to for dinner.

The condo was excellent! Very clean and roomy with a walkout to a patio and garden. The roof top swimming pool and exercise room were outstanding. The location was superb: 7-11 store just outside, grocery store around the corner, 2 minute walk to 5th avenue and 5 minute walk to the beach! The parking garage was very accessible. Rafael and Liana were both very helpful. I will try to book the same condo next time I go to Playa del Carmen!

The condo has all the essentials for a family to enjoy the time there, we are pleased that it is close to all restaurant, playas and the shopping mall. Also the pool is well cleaned and always looks nice to enjoy. A secure place for both family and cars.

Perfect location - In the center off the 5th avenue lots of drugstore, convenience stores and food options within 1 min walk - VERY quiet. Surprisingly quiet you do not hwae the street - beautiful and well maintained - Clean and the cleaners clean daily very well - Amazing helpful staff - Get free access to The Gym which is a big gym in Playa - spacious rooms - I would 100% stay here again!

Very spacious room with the essential equipments for the stay! The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooftop pool is amazing! We loved that the location is in a quiet area compared to the Main Street which is the 5th avenue. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk tho, so you’re not far from main attractions. The beach is also along side the 5th street!
