Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, sea view and a terrace, 1bd Sv Beach Condo With Pool is situated in Athens. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a patio. I visited Athens for a short business trip and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The apartment was not only brand new, stylish, and beautifully designed, but also incredibly comfortable and functional. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to everything I needed. Most importantly, it was right across from the sea. One of my favorite features was the spacious and luxurious bathroom, and the lounge area was the perfect spot to relax. But the true highlight for me was the balcony with its stunning sea view. Spending time there after work was incredibly refreshing and calming. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. Everything was smooth, professional, and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire stay completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Athens for business.

Excellent location. Great, responsive hosts. Good value for money. Apartment was really spacious and very well decorated. Lovely vibe of the area by the apartment and a short walk to Plaka and the Acropolis.

We had a very nice stay in Athens. Cute and cozy little apartment. Peace in the building is very important for a relax. I really can't complain. The stay is really worth the money. If I ever come back to Athens again, I would come here again.

New condo Athens Kallimarmaro features a balcony and is situated in Athens, within just 1.3 km of Temple of Olympion Zeus and 1.4 km of Akropolis Metro Station. The apartment is super clean and has a spacious bedroom. The terrace is lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. The air conditioning is silent and effective. The area/neighbourhood is very quiet (we were looking for this) and close to the city center (for going to Syntagma Square you need only 25 min through a beautiful park/garden), while to come back we recommend bus or taxi due to the hilly itinerary. The host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for everything.

I dont want to stay in a hotel ever again in Athens after this experience. Location is near a metro station, on a quiet street and a block away from a supermarket and some nice restaurants and coffee. You could not ask for a better location. Apartment is clear and newly renovated. The hosts lest me some biscuits, food, water etc which was very nice of them. Wifi speed is good and easy to connect to.

Perfect place for one person. It has everything you need and the terrace and view are amazing. Spyros is also super nice and helpful, I would definitely come back.

Modern condo in Athens, 10min from the Beach asub Ateenas, 3 km kaugusel Stavros Niarchose fondi kultuurikeskusest ja 3,3 km kaugusel Flisvose jahisadamast. The location is perfect 5min walk to tram, the apartment itself is absolutely perfect for a family. Complete with all the facilities from kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe space. We were extremely happy with our stay and look forward to the next time.
