Set just 6.4 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Amena Condo Tulum offers accommodation in Tulum with access to an infinity pool, a garden, as well as a lift. Everything! It was so beautiful, great value. We loved it was a little out the way of the hotel zone so wasn’t as busy but still had coffee and restaurants nearby. The internet was great I was able to work from there a few days and take numerous calls. We have been moving every few days for the last couple of months and this place felt homely. The hosts were also great and responsive, we loved everything about it can’t recommend enough! Trying to figure out how we can come back to Tulum purely for this apartment!

Condo Kiaraluna provides accommodation situated less than 1 km from the centre of Playa del Carmen and offers a rooftop pool and barbecue facilities. We stayed 6 nights and stayed on the second floor. Everything was great, apartment, kitchen equipment, cleaning, the rooftop pool and of course our host Massimo. Tulsayab is a luxury condo development located in Tankah Bay, Tulum. Offers 6 independent beachfront apartments with private beach and outdoor pool. Tulsayab is a beautiful, quiet, condo complex nestled between the calm turquoise waters of Tankah Bay and the jungle. The penthouse was very clean and had fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and basics like water, coffee, tea, and olive oil. The views from the penthouse are epic and we spent morning drinking our coffee and evenings watching the sunset from up there. The pool area is lovely with lots of trees and wildlife. There are plenty of loungers and hammocks to relax in. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The water is clam, shallow, and clear; it’s perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and swimming. There is coral along the beach and in the water so water shoes are a must. With water shoes we walked for miles in both directions and found lots of fun places to swim. Tankah Bay has about four or five small restaurants (a bit expensive but good) and Casa Cenote with a resident crocodile to visit. I recommend renting a car for picking up groceries in Tulum, exploring the area, and driving to the restaurants at night. The road isn’t as bad as other reviews say it is and a regular car is all that is needed.

The location is perfect. Short 3 minute walk to the best part of the beach. My teens loved the pool and so did I! The condo unit was lovely and better than expected.

Every morning began with a smile — the atmosphere of peace, comfort, and harmony was something truly special. The apartment had everything I needed — everything worked flawlessly, and I never felt any discomfort. The pool was an absolute dream — crystal clear, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. A perfect place to relax and disconnect from the outside world. But what truly impressed me the most was the woman managing the apartment. She was always available, incredibly kind, attentive, and genuine. Her care and support made me feel safe and completely at ease — that kind of hospitality is rare and so valuable. The location is another great advantage — everything is close by, yet the area is peaceful and quiet. The perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. And the best part — the price was surprisingly affordable. For such a high level of comfort and service, it was a fantastic value. I received far more than I expected. This place was a true discovery for me. If you’re looking for an apartment that is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, with a pool, excellent service, and at a fair price — this is the one. Attractively situated in the centre of Playa del Carmen, Acogedor Condo a metros de la 5ta Avenida is a recently renovated apartment, which features free WiFi, a rooftop pool and free private parking... Location was fantastic, just a half block off 5th Avenue, close to shopping, restaurants and Mamitas beach. The building was very secure and always being cleaned. Rooftop had a great view and good seating. While close to the action on 5th, it was quiet for sleeping.
