This property really exceeded my expectation, upon arrival at 3:30pm we met the lovely owners who were just finished cutting the grass. They were so nice and told us that we can collect the eggs from the chicken coop. Upon checking the property, it was 10 out of 10. I had never gone a property this clean, well done to cleaners for their amazing job. Everything was there and I mean to the point that you never had ran out of anything, eg toilet paper, tissue box, even wood for fire place was set up so you just had to light it up. the group of us absolutely loved the property, the view and the fresh eggs in the morning. The owners had even provided couple of extra blanket in each room which was so thoughtful although you would not need any extra as the central heat worked so great and kept the place warm the entire time. The big fridge was really lovely, lots of seat to sit around together, big dinner table with lots of chair around to sit too inside and outside. Full entertainment package, Karaoke machine, microphones and great speakers. I honestly can not write enough about how thoughtful this host has been. Would absolutely stay there again next time we are meeting up with friends.

the breakfast and antipasto platter were really nice and definitely worth buying. The cows were our favourite thing and ruby was really friendly. Overall we had an incredible time and it was the perfect location for a weekend away!

Annie's Cottage is far and away the most sumptuous, serene, and salubrious B&B anywhere in the Blue Mountains - the epitome of a hidden gem! This charming rustic cottage is surrounded by exquisite English-inspired gardens of emerald greenery and vibrant flowers, lovingly tended by Michael and Mary. The interior of the cottage was absolutely breathtaking. Every room has been immaculately decorated and lavishly furnished; each memento and ornament contributing a unique character to the abode. It is readily apparent that Annie's Cottage is a labour of love. Beauty for all the senses abound here. I loved my stay here, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Michael and Mary. Annie's Cottage is heaven on earth, and has earned a special place in my heart. I would love to return again!

Everything was perfect. Tranquil and peaceful location that was so comfortable for our family of 2 adults & 3 older teenagers. Beds were so comfortable, and the property was well equipped with everything we could ever want. This property was definitely above and beyond what we had hoped for. A very rare find, and a property we will add to our “will definitely stay here again”. Attention to detail on all aspects, and could not fault the cleanliness. My favourite part was enjoying a morning coffee overlooking the incredible bush views and wildlife. This truely was a perfect retreat for our family.
