A special house with a unique atmosphere and furnishings. It is also large, comfortable, well-equipped. The location is excellent. The house is almost at the end of Perushtitsa thus in a very quiet location. It has been recently, or fairly recently, renovated. The kitchen is well equipped (it has even an icecube maker) including high quality appliances. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We particularly liked the windows as they let a lot on natural light in. There is a small museum in Perushtitsa (10mins walk) which tells a bit about its sad history. Just outside Perushtitsa there is also "The Red Church" which, despite its looks and current state, is an extremely important Christian basilica dating back to 5-6 century.

Very comfy bed, good shower, toiletries provided, all facilities there, ie washing machine, dishwasher, aircon. Lovely outdoor table in private courtyard for breakfast. Georgiev was a fantastic host. Very responsive.

Great accommodation , perfect for business trips. All three studios have an own entrance and en -suite bathroom. Location is very convenient, direct in the city center , 15 walking minutes to the international fair. The area around is beautiful, good opportunity to discover the old town without much time investment
