Excellent location, just about 100m from the main square. Very quiet surrounding! The host - Lada and Martin went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and their personal touch is visible inside and outside. What we enjoyed most was the beautiful little garden area with a nice gazebo and a fire place in the middle of the garden. Plenty of wood for a nice evening is available. Should have we cooked ourselves, there are plenty of herbs at the back of the garden. We arrived with our bikes and the loading station is conveniently located next to the entrance to the little house - there is only one apartment in the house so entrance area, garden, etc was all to ourself. The apartment is equipped with all necessities and the additional sofa beds would be very convenient for a family.

The house and location are amazing. First floor: huge kitchen with a huge table; two living room areas: one cozy with sofas and chairs, second for music or theater leisure (available satellite antenna, but we did not use it); garage and sauna; toilet. Second floor: three separate bedrooms (4 ppl, 3 ppl, 2 ppl), 2 bathrooms. Terrassa: big wood table and wood chairs, barbeque; amazing view to the lake. Equipment: bikes, tent, golf trailers, toys for kids like badminton, ball... Area: lake, forest, village, golf club - very very beautiful.

A little garden house (sort of portacabin) in an amazing garden on the outskirts of Telc. The garden is stunningly beautiful, the surroundings are nice and quite, and the little terrace is lovely. Ample space of parking in a secure garden. The indoor space is limited but organised very practically. All facilities are functional and practical, in particular the air con was useful in the tropical days (30+C). Good wifi. Keys in lockbox, but we were in touch with the hosts by phone, very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful countryside location, former watermill near small river transformed into beautiful vacation houses, with lots of green, being an excellent starting point to many beautiful sites (Telč, Bitov, Vranov nad Dyji,...). And not to forget friendliness of the host. To bad we couldn't stay longer. :)
