Everything was perfect. Loved the place and location. Really close to tram, quick connection with city centre. It is very child friendly and good parking arrangements. The flat was VERY clean, so if you are worried about dust allergies etc, this place is perfect. Very quiet area, can hear grasshoppers day and night. Not sure if suitable for parties, as the neighbourhood was very quiet and no parties in the area were heard. Host was friendly and accommodating, hotel-like conditions, lots of fresh towels and spare bedding. The beds were soooo comfy. Cold water bottles in the fridge were a nice touch and quite practical in this hot weather. High-end electrical goods and air conditioning unit, so you we were certain your drinks will be cold and our washing dry in no time. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would rent again. The only suggestion would be to ensure giving taxi driver a post code or more precise directions when going back to flat by taxi as happened a few times some taxi drivers were not familiar with the address. Also WiFi signal could be stronger, but we had good roaming allowance so it didn’t really bother us that much. Would definitely rent again.

The location of Casa Las Moscas is beautiful. A rural location with the mountains and Abadan as a backdrop. It is very quiet, apart from the occasional car, you will not see or hear anyone. The property is a beautiful stay if you can work around the things that need fixing. The pizza over in the back courtyard is a lovely touch that we did use a couple of times.

I don't normally leave reviews but our month long stay at Villa Mare was exceptional in every way , Daniela was a superb host , met us at the property to present us with the keys and talk through the accommodation, local area etc and was so approachable when answering the questions we had during our stay The property its self was literally a home from home , everything we could conceivably have required was present, clean and well maintained throughout and in a lovely quiet cul de sac which was ideal for us , lovely local restaurants and bars and ideally located to explore the local area Absolutely fantastic from start to finish , I cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Lorena the host lives in front of Casa Paula and she is so friendly and helpful. I liked her so much. The house is in a quiet village but within walking distance of the centre of Murcia. There is a grocer's shop a short walk away and there is a bar/restaurant very close.
