Perfect place & perfect host: James ´s adorable cottage is super comfy, super clean, exquisitely decorated, with all you could wish for in terms of modern facilities (nicely hot water always available, massive TV screen with Netflix etc, excellent heating system, you name it…).Communication with James is super easy & efficient and he will do his utmost to make your stay a great experience: I was so grateful when I found out he had actually bought a foam bed to ensure the mattress in my room would be super soft, when I told him I had bad arthritis! The location is great: within easy walking distance from all the major attractions (you don’t want to miss the museums - I was really impressed by the collection of the Lady Lever Gallery, with an impressive selection of works by the best Pre-Raphaelites. And the very concept of the workers ´village born of the will of the soap magnate W. Lever is in itself worth the detour !). Finally, should you have noticed the proximity of the railway, it’s actually not a problem: I had brought earplugs as I am fussy about noise, but realized both road & rail traffic are non-existant at night so I never needed them and slept extremely well. I had an excellent stay and couldn’t recommend this place enough: probably one of the greatest value for money I ever had!

Was very big and had everything you needed and was very clean and comfortable. We booked it quite late in the day but the host was very accommodating and very easy to get hold of if needed.

Stayed here with a family of 8 people for LFC game and to meet up with family members it was very spacious and had everything that you need fully equipped with home from home essentials and very clean and tidy with own private backyard space too we all really enjoyed our night here ! would definitely book again our friendly host also met us with the keys and was very understanding by waiting later than planned for our arrival would definitely recommend booking this property 😃

Fantastic location in a good neighbourhood. City centre is walkable, but also by Uber it's easy to reach. We only stayed 2 nights, but the apartment feels like you could live there for a longer time.
