Location was perfect. Two minute walk to the harbour where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Great little enclosed courtyard garden for the dog and a table to have meals outside in the sunshine. If you carry on up the hill from the property, there are a few free parking spaces just overlooking living coasts. We managed to get one of these parking spaces for the entirety of the trip and didn’t need to use the car at all as everything was within walking distance. One of the days we walked all the way to Broadsands Beach so we did get the train from Torquay station to Paignton station which is a 6 minute journey. Other than that, we got everywhere on foot - perfect with a little dog!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for us all. Owners were great to deal with. We gathered the whole family together for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing day - with some of us staying in the house. The open plan ground floor made it easy for us all to be together. Our dogs loved the dog door, being able to run in and out whenever they wanted. We will definitely use this again for family gatherings
