We stayed in the villa for 4 nights and had a great time. All the rooms were very clean and well looked after. My favourite spots were the large porch on the first floor and, of course, the pool! The villa is in a really good location, as it's very close to many beautiful beaches. Additionally, you can reach Rodos city centre or Lindos in just 20 or 30 minutes by car, respectively. There are also many local supermarkets for supplies and traditional restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

Property is realized in modern style with great design. There are two big bedrooms with a lot of space for clothes. Kitchen is big with bar table and great dining table for 8 person, living room with a sofa. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Living room ad dinning room are equipped with big size windows. All windors in the appartment are equippd with window screen and electric outdoor curtain. There are 3 smart tvs with Netflix account, internet connection inside the house is sufficient. Outdoor space offers pool with aproximate size 9 by 4m with depth around 160cm, there are 4 seats with sun shelter. Entrance to the appartment is through automatic door, parking area is sufficient for 2 big cars. Appartment is equipped with a separate loundry room.

The villa is extremely well maintained and fully equipped with new appliances and furniture. It has an excellent panoramic view to the sea even if you are in the pool. It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful beaches of the east side of Rhodes. The host was very friendly and attended to any information we requested with professionalism and kindness.

To begin with, we (four adults) stayed at the villa from June 17-27. We liked the villa itself as well as its surroundings. The villa is new, clean and with a lot of space around, which gave a sense of freedom and privacy. Throughout the villa and its surroundings, there is a brand new equipment (NEW VILLA - first season!). A comfortable and large swimming pool, the possibility of choosing a place to relax, or a covered patio with a grill and a large family table, or a "beach" by the pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, or an outdoor leisure, coffee and breakfast corner :-) - ALL NEW. The villa itself is comfortable, spacious (as I mentioned, there were 4 of us), new and well-finished/equipped bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms. A very nice touch was the welcome gift of treats and food for several breakfasts. And I can't miss the wonderful gift we received (for each couple) a handmade platter with a Rhodes motif! The location of the villa - convenient both for those who like the beach (exactly 900 m to the beach - max 15 minutes on foot, safe and quiet neighborhood / road), and for those who sometimes like to go out to the city or explore the area. To Lindos 30 km to Rhodos 20 km. There are plenty of well-stocked shops in the area, the center of Afantou can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. There is a (seems little known) restaurant Katholiki in the area, we recommend it, it may not impress from the outside but they have very tasty local food! The villa is located in the allotment part of the city, where oranges and lemons are grown right next to it - having a car is a great convenience, it gives much more opportunities and allows you to take full advantage of the villa's location. The description would not be complete without mentioning Dimitris! Dimitris is the owner of the villa - importantly, he is Greek / Rhodesian, very open, kind and helpful with a great passion for creating unusual clay products.

We are so pleased to have stayed at Rhodes Soul Luxury Suites! The property was very clean and in a very convenient location. There is a bus stop very nearby which made our travel to Rhodes town very easy. Although we only stayed for one night, the host was very kind and came to welcome us on our arrival and to greet us at our departure. I wish we could have stayed for much longer!

Wonderful villa that had everything we needed and more. Great location between Rhodes Town and Lindos and the fabulous Tsambika beach is a 10min drive. The owner was wonderful and shared lots of fantastic hints and tips of where to visit. Can't recommend highly enough.

Lucy was friendly, helpful and met us exactly at the time we arrived. Peaceful location yet convenient for Afandou village and easy access to the main road between Rhodes and Lindos. House was clean, tidy and had most essentials in the kitchen plus some welcome groceries. Plenty of hot water despite November stay and extra bedding/towels available. Bed and furniture all in good condition.

It was so spacious, clean and in a great location! Perfect surroundings and a lovely setting for outside dining too! The tavern nearby had a great atmosphere and it is a 5 min drive from the strip and beaches! Staff were so friendly and helpful and responsive to any queries!

We, 3 adults and a child, 14 years old, were guests in Villa "3 Roses Residence" in the period from 04/08/2023 to 04/22/2023. The villa "3 Roses Residence" is located on the main road 95 "EO Rodou Lindou" right next to a small flower shop/nursery and about 200 meters from a large supermarket (Panagiotas, B., S.A. Super Market) with an excellent meat department and international and local products. The street noise of the main road 95 can hardly be heard in the villa, as well as at the pool and in the garden. The property is completely fenced in and protected from view by tall trees by the pool. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with large box spring beds and 1 bedroom with single beds) as well as an en suite shower room in the master bedroom and 2 other large bathrooms with bath and shower. The bed mattresses were excellent. The kitchen is excellently equipped and has a large fridge with freezer and a Nepresso coffee machine. There are enough plates, cups and glasses as well as kitchen knives and cutlery. The highlight of the villa is the large pool (up to 1.20 meters deep) with massage jets and a covered area, where there is a chill lounge and a large dining table with 8 chairs as well as the large grill built into the masonry. There is also another, smaller kitchen with fridge, sink and crockery and cutlery in the covered pool area. We enjoyed a barbecue in the evening and ended the eventful day with a glass of wine. Simply fantastic. Almost all rooms have air conditioning. In addition to the fantastic pool area, the villa has several balconies and terraces. In one of the bedrooms there is also a large picture window. Check-in and check-out were quick and professional. We were informed and instructed about all technical devices. There are more than enough table and bed linens as well as towels and bath towels for the pool.
