The owner is amazing, he and his family are very funny. He gave us a lot of advices, and brought some fresh fruits. They perfectly cleaned the whole house in the middle of the week and changed towels, bed sheets and everything else. Perfect place to stay in Zante, even for young people. There are a lot of shared spaces if you book more than one apartment.

It is a well-appointed and comfortable villa which is cleaned on a daily basis. It is very secure in a gated resort with a reception area. The staff are excellent. A welcome basket, robes and additional pool towels are provided. The location is excellent with a short stroll to the beach and a shop across the road. An excellent restaurant, The Halfway House, is also across the road. The accommodation and service are 5-star and Angeliki and her team ensure that everyone’s stay is thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t wait to return. It is the best place to stay on the island. Well done to the Mamfredas Resort and thank you!

The villa is new, beautiful and very well equipped as in description and in a strategic position to reach easily all attractions of the island . All the 4 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms are large and comfortable . The swimming pool and exterior kitchen are amazing and we loved to spend our time there . The host and his family are super available any moment to assist you . It was a beautiful holiday.

I could not recommend this villa more! We're a group of 3 girls in our early 30's & this villa was perfect. Location wise it was incredible, it felt remote and quiet yet so close to everything on the island! Angeliki & Adam were wonderful hosts, fantastic communication before/during our visit and very attentive, nothing was too much for them. They even did us a bqq one night which was delicious! The villa itself is beautiful, so modern and couldn't fault it :)

The villa exceeded all our expectations. Spotless clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Even though it wasn’t high season, the hosts recommended amazing hidden gems and local spots that no tourist guide would ever mention. Their hospitality was unmatched!     The location was very beautiful. It was remote and very quiet. A rental car is needed as shops, beaches and most restaurants require a drive of about 15 minutes. A small and cosy restaurant is in walking distance from the villa. We arrived very late the first day but were still able to take a nice dinner to our villa. The villa is very well maintained and includes a nice swimming pool. Most important was the very welcome and support we had from Nicola and his family. Nothing we asked was too much.

    Granny’s Cottage is a cozy haven with tasteful decor, a well-equipped kitchen, and snug bedrooms. The spacious living area exudes vintage charm, while the highlight is the delightful garden with a pool and BBQ. Just a 5-minute walk from Kalamaki beach, even in the off-season, and close to supermarkets and bars, it offers convenience and relaxation. Special thanks to Mariangela for her hospitality and recommendations, making our stay unforgettable.

    Alexander met us at the property to hand over the keys. He also showed us around and offered us all a drink. He took some time to show us a map of Zakynthos and some of the best sites to see. Since the water isn't drinkable, he made sure we had essentials for when we arrived. Alexander was available all the time in case anything went wrong. I would definitely recommend this place for its cozy feel and amazing garden. The house is also nice and secluded, providing great privacy. I will definitely be returning!
