Great location, house had everything needed for a short stay. Lots of games and toys for the kids, plenty of space outside with a nice amount of tables and chairs. The outside shower was lovely! The beach directly outside the house was wonderful, safe without shoes, with a good place to jump from a rocky outcrop, a short swim from the beach. Loved there was a set of beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us. The nearby beach of Vrachos is extremely well equipped for all types of people. There are life guards, facilities for disabled persons to get changed, toilets and special chairs to access the sea. Lots of other activities like, Splish Splash Waterpark, jetski, parasailing, etc.

The apartment was so clean and easy to keep clean due to a shower in the BBQ area when we came back from the beach. Fantastic BBQ facilities for alfresco dining.Costas even provided us with fresh fish and seasonal fruit from his gardens 👍 Covered private parking kept our car cool 👍.car was not needed as beach and town centre were all within walking distance,,, however we didn't need to walk as Costas kindly provided us with bicycles 👍👍👍. Costa's neighbours proved that the Greek tradition of giving too strangers is alive and well, they gave fruit and homemade cake to my father-in-law 👍👍. We will return to Costas apartment, he really proves that it can be done right. Costas,,a massive thank you from my family.

Everything was great! House was very clean, equiped with everything you need, big yard with parking just for you, everything is new, A/C in every room, host super responsive, warm and kind. Fantastic place for a nice and serene holiday. The nearest beach was not very crowded, so it was a real joy! Yet close to more crowded places/beaches for those who prefers more crowded and loud places/beaches. Beach and supermarket are very very close. While we were there, there was always a light breeze, so high summer temperatures were easily bearable. All to all I can highly recomend this house!
