We were delighted to leave the house run by Maria Hanım on August 6, 2025. Maria and her family warmly welcomed us. The interior of the house was tastefully designed, with everything for guests in mind. The house was both new and clean. The balcony with the sea view was wonderful. The cats in the garden were also very sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Samos. You'll feel right at home.

Our stay in Samos was unforgettable. The place had a stunning view, right on the seafront, truly felt like a sanctuary. It’s a family owned home, and you can feel the warmth and care in every detail. The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. What made it even more special were the incredible hosts, super mum and dad! who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They took care of us every single day, surprising us with chocolates, homemade food, and even wine. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay truly amazing.

We were among the first guests in this brand new villa complex and it was amazing! The interior design and the pool area are just stunning! Luxurious amenities/bath products and very comfy bed and linen. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette. We spent a lot of quiet and relaxing hours in the pool/on the lounger. Elena and her staff really made us feel welcome and home, just as staying with family/friends! She also was very helpful with tipps and recommendations for restaurants/trips etc. This is a top luxury vacation spot and we can recommend a 100% and will come back if we are on Samos again.

The property was big and comfortable, also very clean. Sofa bed was also comfortable. It has a great view and close to all attractions. Drive was 10-20min to everywhere. There is a nice pool area. Also very clean. The owner was very nice. He showed us all the house and made recommendations regarding attractions and restaurants. Also very helpful with early checkin and late checkout.

It is a very clean house with all necessary equipments (even a bottle of oil), candies, coffee, iron, hairdryer etc. Location is also very close to center in a silent and peaceful environment. House owner is really kind and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

    The house exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort. Its location, view, and decoration provided us with a unique experience. It is very convenient not only for family vacations but also for romantic getaways and group vacations. The location was very close to Pythagorion, and the host Elena was always reachable. We definitely want to stay here for our next vacation. We stayed in the house of our dreams amidst olive groves. Thank you for everything!
