The best place we have ever stayed! The house and the yard are equipped with absolutely everything necessary to ensure maximum comfort, pleasure and relaxation for people of different ages (our company consisted of 3 generations). The house is very clean and everything in it is done with great taste and attention to every detail. There is very good internet, which is an important detail for people who have to work even during their vacation. The nearby beach is clean and very suitable for small children. Nearby towns with well-stocked supermarkets are 10-15 minutes away by car. And last but not least, Christina and George are wonderful and very hospitable people who always make sure that every need of their guests is met. Sani Pine Villa is one of those places where you leave already planning your next visit. Thank you Christina and George! See you again :)

Super quiet location: perfect place if you want to relax. Sea is in walking distance. City Nea Potidea is in 2.5 km where you find different restaurants, bars and shops. Also if you want to explore the Kassandra peninsula it's a perfect base. Owner is very friendly and flexible. Private parking in the garden is also a plus. The apartment itself is basic but fully equipped. You get a lot for your money. Highly recommended!

We travelled with our big family of 6 adults, 2 babies and 1 dog. The house is spacious, clean and modern. Everything is touched, floorings, furniture, bathrooms is created with great taste. Nice and fresh linens and towels are provided in each of the three bedrooms. The hosts were so nice to provide two baby cots at no extra charge. There are also three bathrooms, for more privacy. Kitchen is fully equipped and convenient except of a dishwasher. The garden is so green and fabulous with dinning area, lounch and sunbeds area. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are created to provide good family gathers. The host treat as so well! He had thought of everything to make us feel as comfortable as possible, starting with fresh fruits, big chilled bottles of water, coffee capsules, even charcoal for the barbecue outside. Area is at a distance to the nearest village and for those who want to have a rest in peace and quite is perfect. However, in just 5 minutes by car you can reach the village where there are shops, bakeries, and a restaurants. The nearest beach, 3-5 min walking distance, is wild and small, no bar, no lifeguard but also no crowd and so lovely romantic. The most popular and preferred beaches are 5-10 min distance by car.

    The house and the outdoors are beautiful and elegant, comfortable and cosy. It is underneath beautiful pine trees which give freshness in the heat. The flowers smell so nice. It was perfect for our dog. It’s very close to Sani beach. We look forward to coming back.

    The house is gorgeous. With its 4 bedrooms, cozy living room, 2 bathrooms, terraces and green yard it offers the perfect spot for a short or longer stay. Everything that one can need is available. We were welcomed very warmly and were nicely surprised by the fresh fruit and local wine and the homemade sweet Easter bread and colored eggs that the hosts prepared for us to enjoy during our Easter break. Highly recommend

    We loved the interior design and how cozy the villa was. It is located in a very calm neighborhood full of trees. It was one of the most relaxing stays we had!. Everything was brand new and very nice as shown in the pictures!!! Very quiet place for relaxing!!! I suggest it without doubt!!!

    This was such a great villa with beautifully crafted interior, panoramic view of the sea and heated pool and hot tub. The host was very welcoming and helpful, he dedicated with joy so much time to assist us with all the extra arrangements we needed (private chef, boat rental, shopping).
