Absolutely amazing! The place is marvelous; new and very clean. The host is very friendly! This is an understatement: I know for sure we will visit more often. She welcomes you with homemade cake and taught me the recipe to try at home. She is literally the sweetest person we ever met. The showers are great with hot water for a long time and high water pressure. Beds are very comfortable; not too hard or too soft. Only if you stay with more than 2 people I’d suggest to provide more pillows. Nonetheless, I can’t do anything else than rating this establishment with 5/5 stars. We stayed in the two bedroom villa. Really cosy and well thought about the design/accessories. It feels like home. And it has all the amenities someone might need (and more). I have stayed in so many similar places but usually there is always something missing! Btw, the host also showed me one other house and it was even more beautiful than the one we stayed in. The pool is great too and because it’s not too big the water quickly gets a nice temperature. There are more than enough sunbeds for everyone and it’s small enough to have enough privacy because there are never too many people around the pool. The location is amazing. It’s close to everything (like 10 minute drive to Parikia city) but it’s on the quite side of the area. Highly recommend if you travel for quietness and calmness. Btw, Krotiri View villas offer great internet connection. The hosts have really thought this through. Recommendations for other guests: There is free parking on site, very spacious. You will definitely need a car to get there because the rocky road with steep hills won’t bring you upstairs if you’re renting a scooter. Places to visit on the island: Naousa, Marpissa, Promodos Village, Lefkes, Anti-paros (€2 for a ferry ticket one way) and Parikia. Affordable and great beach club close by: Tango Mar.

This was the most perfect little stay! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Right in the heart of Parikia, it’s so close to everything you could want, need, and more. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay. I stayed for 5 days, and the hosts were absolutely perfect—met me at the property, were just a phone call away if I needed anything, and couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. The place was spotless—truly exceptional. It may be small, but it’s so well-designed, with lots of clever hidden storage. For the size, it was unbelievably functional and thoughtfully laid out. 10/10 – I will definitely return and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

From the very first night here we knew it was going to be memorable. The villa is beautiful, an exquisite design and all so modern. Very spacious for our group of 6. We are lovied our stay. We rented a car and Atv so everything was very close by. The house is so peaceful and has amazing views. We had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

This property is absolutely amazing. It’s a 15minute taxi from the port (make sure you organise in advance) or a 35minute walk (not recommended unless absolutely necessary). Ioanna was superb! She was super attentive and very welcoming. We felt right at home and all our needs were catered to. The facilities were top quality. All of the finishings were high end and it felt very luxurious. The location is mostly protected from the wind and the pool gets sunlight right until the end of the day! Not to mention the sunsets are stunning!! We enjoyed villa 3 which had 3 bedrooms and was amazing for 5 or 6 people! Will 100% stay here again!

The house was even better than shown in the pictures. Elena, the host who took care of us during our stay, was great: she checked on us every day by texts, made sure the cleaning was done daily and even spoiled us with local pastry. We also liked the quitness of the location.

I recently booked this incredible villa to celebrate a birthday and it was even better than expected. Hands down one of the best experiences ever. The owners were so helpful and hands on giving us numbers for taxis and organising chiefs and set ups not to mention the housekeeping was so seamless we never even saw them to say thank you! Could not recommend this place more. Super authentic aesthetic, clean, great aircon, spacious and cosy all in one. Everything you could ever need. And the ultimate sunset view 😍
