We loved this villa. It’s a beautifully refurbished old house that keeps its rustic charm and quirky shape, but has all the modern comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and reliable Wi-Fi. The only thing not in the house is air-conditioning, but we didn’t need it—during our stay daytime highs were around 30 °C and, thanks to the village’s position and elevation, evenings were a very pleasant 20–22 °C. Syvros itself is a traditional Greek village with characterful buildings and genuine tavernas. The streets are narrow, but drivers are considerate and the area around the villa is wonderfully quiet. A special bonus is the multi-level garden: the lowest terrace is nicely shielded from stray light, so on clear nights we watched shooting stars and could even glimpse the Milky Way. The photos on Booking are faithful—no wide-angle tricks to make rooms look bigger—so what you see is what you get (though the villa’s atmosphere is hard to capture in pictures). Communication with Rania was fast, clear and never intrusive; we always felt we could rely on her, and we were very grateful because of that.

Fantastic villa! Located in a very quiet and peaceful area of Lefkada, it feels like a true retreat — yet it’s only a few minutes’ drive from lovely local tavernas, charming shops, and everything you might need. The pool view is absolutely breathtaking; you could easily spend hours just relaxing by the water and soaking in the scenery. The same goes for the living room — it’s bright, spacious, and beautifully designed, with large windows that let you enjoy the view even when you’re indoors. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long stay — from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful touches like extra towels and loungers. You can really tell that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel at home. Melanie, the host, was fantastic — warm, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had! Highly recommending this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Lefkada!

If I could describe the Oriens Villa I would choose to say..."So much more then we could even imagine!!!" First the great connection with the owner. Every thing we needed and asked for was at our door in no time! (not that we needed much). The Villa is perfect. Great interior design and has everything in it. The view from the Oriens...OMGGGGGGG! Camera can't really show You what the eyes see from this Villa. No doubt this is the most perfect location in Lefkada! We will definitely recommend Oriens to our friends and family (also here). Thank You for am amazing week :)

    Location, villa, garden and views absolutely stunning! Fabulous combination of private waterfront, pool and hot tub and the balcony and seating areas all had incredible viewpoints. Lovely open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable bedrooms and the ground floor studio was great for the teenagers. Plenty of room for 7 of us to enjoy our stay. Sivota Bay is very pretty with wonderful places for food, drinks and boat hire, easily walkable too.

    excellent location, short walk downhill to village/harbour- uphill on way back but good for the fitness! has everything you need for a self catering holiday, Dimitri who looks after the villas is delightful and has great recommendations for eating out and places to visit! the view is amazing, there is a bit of building going on around the area but doesn’t interfere. great pool although a bit chilly as we were early in the season!
