This was hands down the best place we’ve stayed in Preko. The location couldn’t be better. Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, a grocery store right around the corner, and only a short drive to the ferry. It’s also a great starting point if you want to explore the island. The house itself is new, super clean, and beautifully designed. There are two terraces, one on the rooftop and one just off the living room. Both perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outside. We loved the big pool with lights for night swims and plenty of loungers to chill during the day. The built-in Bluetooth speakers were a really fun bonus! There’s lots of space to park in the yard. The air conditioning in every room was a lifesaver during the hot days, and the kitchen had literally everything you could need — whether you’re cooking dinner or baking a cake. There was even a vacuum, a robot vacuum, a pool cleaner, a washing machine, a dishwasher, drying racks, a printer, and an American-style fridge with an ice dispenser. The hosts were amazing. They speak English, were super friendly, and always easy to reach. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, very spacious and comfortable (including the much needed air con), great attentions to detail (bowl of fruit, wine, juice and sparkling water provided on arrival) and a very responsive/helpful host (and her wonderful mum downstairs who provided support where needed).

Our stay on Osljak Island was absolutely perfect. The house was cozy, clean, and very well-equipped – everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful sea views made it feel like a private paradise. We loved the quiet atmosphere of the island, away from the crowds, yet just a short boat ride from Zadar. The host was welcoming and always ready to help. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to truly relax and enjoy nature. We hope to return someday!

Could you imagine a lovely home, where lime tree and olives grow in the small garden, where hibiscus flowers bloom near the entrance to your apartment, and where you can watch the sunrise from your little terrace every morning? You don't need to imagine. Estera's apartment has all this and more. Very clean and modern apartment, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and rest assured that your host Estera will create the best conditions for your holiday. In my opinion, the apartment looks much better in reality than it was in the picture. Perfect for 1-2 persons. Incredible island and people!!

We spent a wonderful week in this house and couldn't be happier with our stay! The house is very well equipped, spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The large terrace and balcony were perfect for relaxing in the morning and evening. The location is also great – in a quiet area, but still close to everything you might need, including shops and restaurants. The beach is just a short walk away, which was very convenient. A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Communication was excellent from the beginning, and throughout our stay he asked us several times to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. We really appreciated his care and attention. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Croatia!

    Traditional Holiday House is charming, cosy place located only few steps from the sea. It offers privacy and few gorgeous outdoor spaces: a patio, balcony and a yard with shower (and turtle 😊). Kitchen is very well equped, with a large stove and all appliances you might need. Loris, the host was responsive to all our requirements.
