Excellent apartment with the most helpful host I've ever met. We could feel the care in every detail in the apartment, the place was equipped literally with everything to make the guests' stay as comfortable as possible. There was an electricity issue in the area (caused by a storm, it was not the host's fault), so when we arrived, we had to wait 1 hour because the electrician guy was still doing the fixing. It was not a huge problem, but the host immediately offered to compensate us and we also received some gifts. This story also demonstrates how caring the host is.

Perfect for visiting Plitvice lakes. Only about 15 -20 min drive to entrance 1 Property was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Lovely shower with excellent water pressure. Lots of cupboards. Small but well equipped kitchen. Perfect for what you’ll need There’s heating but we didn’t need it (late October) Host kindly met us and is very kind and friendly Everything you need , would recommend. It’s in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views. Property has outdoor hot tub and also a sauna There’s a lovely bakery just down the road where you can also buy coffee and lots of supermarkets in the area

We stayed at Father’s Land while visiting Plitvice Lakes, and it was the perfect choice. The chalet is set in a peaceful, green area about 7 km from Entrance 1, far from the crowds but close enough for quick trips to the park. The surroundings are beautiful, with open views of the hills and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The chalet itself is charming, spacious, and spotless. Inside, there’s a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware), a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The wooden interiors give it a warm, rustic feel. Outside, there’s a terrace with mountain views, a barbecue, and a small playground – perfect for mornings with coffee or evenings under the stars. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Wi-Fi is available, though sometimes unstable, but for us that added to the “disconnect and relax” experience. Overall, Father’s Land is an ideal place for couples or families wanting comfort, nature, and tranquility near Plitvice. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

    We spent a beautiful weekend with our family at Charming house Maša, the entire house was neatly decorated and everything was new. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the serene location, which was peaceful yet close to a nearby mall that has various shops and stores. We loved the beautiful garden with an apple tree, and a wellness terrace with a comfortable jacuzzi and a finish sauna. We'll definitely come back to this place again!

    A really great country house near the lakes. We stayed for one night on our way to Zagreb. Host communicated readily, so our check-in and check-out was stress free. The house has everything one needs for a comfortable stay in the quaint countryside. The hot-tub is a real bonus, and even though it was the middle of summer we still enjoyed the experience.

    Beautiful setting and fantastic distance for visiting Plitvice national park. The lodge was modern and cosy with everything we could need for our stay. Perfectly thought out layout and loved sitting watching the sunset on the balcony. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us great information about the local area!

    Such a beautiful and peaceful spot in the Croatian countryside, surrounded by nothing but lush greenery, but still very close to the main road. It's an excellent location for visiting either Rastoke or Plitvice Lakes. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped, and the host is very polite and responsive. The hot tub really takes everything to the next level. We can't wait to come back, and we definitely will!

    Fantastic wooden house only a 15 min drive from Plitivice Lakes. Spotlessly clean. Cosy yet very spacious. The wooden deck with hot tub was wonderful to come back to after spending the days exploring the area. Plenty of space for the kids to play football, etc. and a beautiful wood right next to the house for peace and tranquility and connecting with nature. Zeljka was an amazing host. So helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. You definitely won't be disappointed!
