The house is really spacious and has everything we needed for a pleasant vacation - everything in the kitchen, towels, washing machines, dryers. The view from the house is amazing, the beach is really close and well maintained. The best part was the heated pool. To swim in november.. great experience. The house was clean, the owner was really available for any questions during our stay. We would recommend to spend a vacation here to everyone.

Superb location direct on the sea with private beach. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids, that fitted perfectly. The outside kitchen and BBQ including all needed invited to join a great evening meal. The front deck was a good lounge location. All facilities were present. I had asked if there were bikes and the owner arranged them for us. On the arrival day the owner whatsapped for arrival time and when we shared that we would actually arrive one hour earlier there was no problem and we were warmly welcomed. During the stay the owner checked in on us if we would need anything else and she even helped to look for a sailboat for a day trip. Trogir past the nice local market and is located only half an hour away. A bit further is Split that is also worth a day trip. On our last day, we did not want to go home. The owner kept good contact with us, and when handing in the keys, she explains that she was looking for solutions to provide an even better experience. Live this Villa outside and enjoy sun and see.

The house was purely awesome! There is everything you need (Outdoor grill, ACs, Outdoor Lounge, Pool, 2 separated flats each with a kitchen, parking space for 2 cars. We also got some small gifts by the host. The kitchens contained everything we needed during our one week stay. There are enough sun beds and a very large nice pool. The way to the beach is only 3-5 minutes (~300m). The beach is also pretty good, but there are no sun beds or umbrellas for rent (can be bought at the small shop at the beach). The host is very friendly and open for any questions. She also gave us many tips about the area of sevid. The communication is going via WhatsApp which is very good. You definitely need a car when you want to visit some other cities. There is only one restaurant at the beach. But you can find a lot of good restaurants in Rogoznica which is around 20 min by car. Every morning at around 9-10am a very friendly guy from a local bakery comes around where you can buy something for breakfast. Overall everything was awesome and we would definitely go again!

Well equipped and comfortable apartments. Sea view, beach chairs, very quiet and uncrowded place. Everything is thought out down to the last detail and all you have to do is enjoy your vacation. The hostess is very nice and helpful. It was nice to find some snacks and drinks in the fridge.

Location was perfect - 2 beaches very close to the apartment. One beach was very nice, more private with no restaurants, with a nice view of the sunset. The second one had some shops, pancakes, burgers, restaurant and was more touristy. Shop is very close by also and it has more things than you would expect. The house is split into 2 apartments with 3 bedrooms, so we managed to have a quiet part on the second floor and late night talking and music on the ground floor, which was perfect for our setup with kids and people with no children. Outside area with seating and grill and pool is where you will spend most of your time, there is enough space and enough shade under the trees to pleasantly spend the full day. Also 2 outside showers and a bathroom for outside use, so you don't have to go inside. The host was very accommodating, coming in on most of the early mornings and cleaning the pool and area around it. He even cleaned the grill place one time. He was very respectful of our privacy and of the fact that most of the people were still sleeping, you only have a chance to meet him if you wake up very early with your kid :D Getting to Trogir or some city that has fresh fish or nightlife is a bit tricky, but that's the tradeoff that you expect when booking an accommodation like this. We paid 120 EUR for a taxi to Trogir and back, which was not that bad after all. Overall definitely recommend!

This house is localized in stunningly beautiful place, just by the sea. It is a little remote, but for us that was a big plus- quiet and peace (we rented the whole house). The last 2 km of a road is unpaved, but our fully loaded golf station wagon with two adults, three kids and roof box onboard made it with no problem ;) Host is communicative and friendly. Summer kitchen makes a great retreat even on the hottest days. Nearby beach is small, but there were not many people there and it is fun to snorkel. Nearby restaurant has tasty and fresh menu.

    For the second time we came back & it was just as excellent as last time. The house is traditional, cozy & equiped with everything you need. The terrace & jacuzzi are great to relax in the evenings. Marina, Josko & her mother were amazingly hospitable as always. We felt like home! Cant recommend this place enough!
