I had a fantastic stay at this lovely house! The owner was incredibly welcoming, meeting us at a designated spot and guiding us up the hill to the house. He had explained everything about the house and even guided us to the nearest shop. It was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing bottle of olive oil he gifted us, made from his own olives—it was delicious! The location is perfect—close to the city yet secluded, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing or beach fun. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Host was so nice and helpful, definitely the best experience I've had in terms of hospitality. Also everything else was better than we expected - so clean and beautiful. We did not miss anything- all what we needed was there. Positive was also that beach and a little shop was close by. We were travelling as 7 girfriends and enjoyde everything of that beutiful villa. But i must say it would be also very nice for big family or group of coples.

The house is super equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, sauna and even a whirlpool. Furthermore, the location is excellent. Only 5 minutes to the beaches in Stobrec and only 15 minutes to the old town of Split by car. The owner was always helpful. There is a small river right next to the house with ducks

The owner asked when to expect us and was waiting for our arrival. He showed us around and handed us the keys. He was very responsive to messages and extremely helpful. The place itself is very nice and comfortable. The garden may not be huge, but it certainly offers the opportunity to relax under an olive tree. We also loved the grill — it was fantastic. Each room has its own AC, and the house is equipped with both a washing machine and a dishwasher. Six people can stay here very comfortably; in my opinion, eight would be the maximum.

    An idyllic and rural location offering ample space and privacy. The property boasts beautiful grounds with stunning views of the impressive mountains on one side and the city of Split on the other. Although the house is small, it is very comfortable and fully equipped, featuring a great kitchen and comfortable beds.

    It is a slightly rustic and charming house with good A/C, we kept cool even during a heatwave. There is a natural, well-tended garden where you cannot been seen from the road or any other properties. Great view over the valley and Split/Solin. There is little traffic on the road, and a short drive to downtown Solin. The pool area is secluded and really beautiful. The host is very friendly, trustworthy and helpful. We and the kids had a great time here.
