Nice house suitable for several people. There are three separate bedrooms. Each room has air conditioning, TV and a comfortable bed. Equipped kitchen and separate dining room. Bathroom with toilet on the ground floor and also on the first floor. Parking is possible in the yard behind the gate. Very good location near Lake Balaton. Suitable for cyclists because it is easy to get to the cycle paths.

very nicely looking and well equipped apartment. no A/C but there was a ventilator and shades, overall temperature under a heat wave was fine inside. Very friendly and helpful hosts. location close to the Festetics palace, cca 20 minutes walk to Balaton.

The cosiness. This house reminded me of my grandparents house where we had been staying a lot in my childhood. The flexibility. We arrived very late in the evening but our host assured us it would not be a problem. And it wasn't. When we asked where we could go out to eat she told us a few options and presented some brochures to choose. It was an overnight stay, a perfect choice quite close to the state road but also close enough to the city centre.

Everything was brilliant about this place. Its location to the beach and supermarket was perfect. The added bonus of having use of the bikes was a real bonus for us as we didn’t hire a car for this holiday. It’s a really lovely place and the photos don’t do it justice. Great place, great location, great price.
