Thank you so much for our time in your place, it was very pleasant and your open heart and shining eyes made our day, wish prosperity to your home! Serena helped us with the arrival even before we checked in, described everything we needed to get house. After that, she took a tour and received us very warmly. Wonderful breakfast from local products, eggs from own chicken cube. The house and room, the garden, the breakfast all of this wonderful, as are the hosts themselves.

My friend and I stayed one night at Casa Vespina and honestly didn’t want to leave. Tucked away in nature near Civita di Bagnoregio, this place feels like something out of a dream—especially under the moonlight. The room was beautifully designed, with so much attention to detail. It had that perfect balance of cozy and stylish that makes you instantly feel at home. We were greeted by a super friendly dog who instantly won us over, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming— And breakfast? Let’s just say the homemade chocolate cake alone is worth the trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-immersed escape with warm hospitality and beautiful vibes, Casa Vespina is it. One night wasn't enough!

Lots of books and books and books. The owner Leonardo was beyond incredible, assisting is in every way possible: meeting us outside town to guide us to the garage at an evening hour, organising our dinner reservation, replying promptly, etc. Couldn't wish for a better service. highly recommended.

The property was absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. A typical winding Tuscan road to get there, but the view from the property was spectacular. Giorgio was a fantastic host, and everything from the immaculate room to the beautiful breakfast area was top-notch. Highly recommended.

    Everything, food is one of the best I tried in italy it was very warm and fresh! The people are warm and welcoming as if you are visiting a family you know a long time ago and the place is facilitated for family friendly setting with games for kids and TV and a cosy fireplace, it is veryyyy warm inside the house so never worry of the cold, the view from our room was spectacular and would definitely visit again for this quiet amazing scenery 💜💜💜 absolutely a must visit!
