This place was truly amazing. It was spacious and beautiful, and the exterior of the accommodation was absolutely charming. We also had dinner here, and the food was incredibly delicious — not to mention, the portions were by far the most generous we had during our entire month-long trip. I highly recommend this place. Above all, the host lady was incredibly kind. During our stay, my wife injured her ankle. The host showed genuine concern, called the hospital to find out what we needed to do, and even contacted an ambulance for us. (In the end, we didn’t go because the hospital was too busy.) She then kept giving us ice and helped us treat the injury. We are deeply grateful — thank you once again for everything.

great location to hilltop villages and wineries ...amazing infinity pool and spacious grounds with plenty of shade and privacy we stay in a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor private entrance ..patio and table and chairs.. the family make wine and olive oil very close by ..which you can sample.,also natural shampoo and toiletries ..i had buy some to bring back home...the absolute bonus is the family have secured several parking spots in Pienza which makes it so easy to shop there...Everything is fabulous ...wonderful helpful family ..we hope to return for another visit...thank you..

One of the loveliest holiday homes we've ever stayed in. Just down the hill from Pienza (about a 15 min walk) with amazing views of the south of the town. The inside of the house is cool and recently refurbished and the outside has a terrace facing Pienza in one direction and down into Val d'Orcia in the other. The house is surrounded by the hosts' farm and we were welcome to walk through the olive groves. The hosts, Marida and Maurizio, live just a few metres away and couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful (with the assistance of google translate).

    We will remember our stay at La Grancia forever. Cartelli and Franco were warm, friendly and so hospitable. We did not want for anything more. The apartment with a garden view exceeded our expectations. It is charming, cosy and very well equipped. We looked forward to our breakfast every morning, a real treat! The attention to the details made our experience rather unique. We will surely recommend La Grancia to anybody interested to stay and we also hope to return one day.

    A place with truly unique atmosphere, where you can enjoy all beauties of Tuscany countryside while staying in the country cottage. Delicious breakfast from local products delivered in a picnic basket at our door steps every morning. Very calm and relaxing place, with a great host who was always very helpful and passionate about treating us greatly. For sure we want to come back again.
