Mr Norman and her wife were very friendly and their customer service was superb. We felt like we visited our parents. Kids felt like they were in grand parents’ house. Very decent people. This is a 100yrs old Bungalow, very beautiful and well maintained. The garden is very beautiful.

We were a little late to reach our destination on that day But when we entered our accommodation, the first thing we observed was that it was so great. Everything was very neat, clean and beautiful. This is a really nice destination in a beautiful free location I firmly believe that the idea of coming back was in the minds of everyone in our group. Very nice place with many little nooks and corners with nice couches to relax and read a book. Comfortable bedrooms and breakfast options. We used this as a base to travel to ella by train, The staff are extremely helpful I wanted some steam to inhale, they organised the steam and also offered some herbs to add to the steam. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.
