At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and I must say it offers an excellent combination of price and quality. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. The breakfasts were delicious, making for a great start to each day. We enjoyed the comfortable pool, and the premium access to the ocean, just 30 seconds away, was a standout feature. We had such a wonderful stay! The owner is the best host you can wish for. First day we did get an aloe vera juice, the aloe vera was from his garden. The next day we get a fresh coconut drink and after that we could eat the coconut meat, very delicious! And he also prepared a delicious meal, which was a big surprise for us. We had a lovely evening, talking and eating. The villa is beautiful, with a large garden. All the birds and monkeys we saw, it was fantastic. It is located in a quiet area with lots of greenery. We loved that! The room is equipped with a/c and a fan, a huge bed and our own bathroom. The bathroom wasn't fully finished yet, but it's only the walls that need some attention, everything else is fully functioning. We didn't mind that at all. We really recommend to stay at this villa!

When you enter the accommodation from the outside, you enter a new world. The garden is beautiful, the accommodation lovingly designed. We were given a welcome drink and Raj cooked us a delicious dinner on request. I also received a free Ayurveda treatment for my injured foot, which helped a lot. Raj is a very caring and attentive host.
