We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sanseya. The views from the room were breathtaking, and the host was incredibly friendly, ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Big open area, nice room , very beautiful environment, Peradeniya flower garden balcony views, sport events locations , book reading place , music place Staff is very kindly and honest and helpful. The rooms are beautiful as shown in the pictures, offering spacious layouts with large balconies and comfortable bathrooms that offer great value for money. The soothing lighting setup enhances relaxation, and the common areas are well monitored with CCTV for added security. The villa's location is perfect, right in the heart of popular attractions. In addition, the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

This place is special. On the outskirts of Kandy (20min with Tuktuk, ca. 330 rupees). Beautiful and well-kept villa overlooking rice-fields, with extra friendly staff, a good room that leaves nothing to be desired. We were invited to join the cooking of our dinner in the outdoor kitchen, which was a great experience, as some ingredients came straight from the organic vegetable garden. The food was SO GOOD, both dinner and breakfast. Lots of flying bats in the evening, accompanied by chill music and an overall lovely vibe. We liked it so much that we came back 2 weeks later, here we got help (and a good price) for a taxi transfer to Nuwara-Eliya. This is not the right hotel if you want to arrive late, eat out, and leave early the next morning. Thank you Sandy & Team for everything!

The house standard is higher than in any other location we've stayed in Sri Lanka. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The house is very well-maintained. The food was wonderful, service great. We had a very relaxing stay. It's a great base for exploring the region.

"I recently stayed here, and it was by far the best experience I've ever had. The family treated me like one of their own, making me feel completely at home. They ensured that I was well accommodated and offered anything I needed. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. There's also a large lawn in front of the home, providing plenty of space to relax. The location is perfect, as it's close to the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. The homestay had a peaceful and warm atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The family went above and beyond with small gestures, like sharing local tips and even offering to help with my travel plans, which made the stay feel even more special. If you’re looking for a place with a home-like experience, this is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend it to other travelers!"

It was a local quiet neighborhood which was very nice. A lot of space, very clean, comfy bed and extremely friendly host. Very good value for money. We can only recommend!!
