The accommodation was amazing! So comfortable and welcoming, everything we needed.. The owners made us a great chicken curry for dinner and excellent breakfast before wr left. Great hospitality. We would definitely stay there again. They also do safari trips.

Having stayed in various properties in Sri Lanka, I can confidently say EdenHaven Cottage is the best value for money. The entire cottage is exceptionally well-maintained, and we particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom. Anju provided us with the best deal for the safari, although we couldn't go due to the hefty entrance fee for the safari park. I would give it a 10/10 and highly recommend staying here. It's a gem in a small town that the world should know about! 🌟🏡🌍

The hotel was spacious, clean and comfortable. We arranged our safari directly through the hotel. Knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of the animals, our driver Jana is an excellent guide. Spent our afternoon on the river in front of the hotel. Highly recommended.

I would say that this was the best place to stay that we had in Sri Lanka so far. Best in many aspects: hospitability - everyone was was genuinely kind and welcoming, best and reasonably priced safari with great driver, excellent village safari with many birds and great knowledge shared of cultivations and peoples lives, best rice and curry we had so far. Location was just right by the park - you could see elephants just by looking out from the entrance.

    Brand new cottages, lovely and cozy; super nice host whos family cooked for us; Safari included it was the perfect trip. We only stayed a night as a stopover for the Udawalawe Safari - a night more next time is noted:)
