The rooms are gigantic. Each room boasts with queen size bed. 4 rooms, 3 baths. Location very close to shopping outlets in Meru, Ipoh Perak and government agencies. Security. Friendly guards. Quite neighbourhood. Nice scenery in front of the house.

Easily one of the best homestays/B&B/hostels I've ever staying regardless of country. Well appointed, very clean, spacious, easily accessible, and overall comfortable. Fairly standard Malaysia terrace house, but with three rooms plus another upstairs in the loft. Master and loft come with ensuites, so 3 bathrooms in all! All nicely renovated, new, modern and clean. Towels provided in the bedrooms, with A/C and fans and beds and pillows were comfortable enough. Kitchen is fully decked out with marble table, microwave, cooktop, and even H/C water dispenser. Plenty of parking space and key was easily accessed through a lock box. And not to mention, the owner must be a keen gardener as there were lovely, beautiful pot plants to greet you at the front. Can't fault it at all.

The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, perfect for large groups!The pool area, especially at night with the soft lighting, was cozy and relaxing. Loved the peaceful mountain view and the open space for gathering. The host was super helpful and friendly throughout, everything was done seamlessly over WhatsApp, he responded quickly and made sure everything went smoothly before, during, and after the stay.

**Title: A Wonderful Stay – Felt Like Home!** I had the pleasure of staying at this charming homestay, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed like family by the hosts. They made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at ease. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the little touches that made the space feel like a home away from home. The shared spaces were equally inviting, with a lovely garden and a peaceful atmosphere. What truly stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the hosts – they really made the experience special. I can’t recommend this homestay enough for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and authentic stay. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Amazing stay! The place was super comfortable and in a really convenient location. It had everything we needed for a perfect friend gathering — a pool table, BBQ area, and karaoke setup. We had such a blast! The backyard is huge, so we never felt cramped or short on space. There are 5 rooms, and one of them is more like a spacious hall — honestly, I think you could easily fit 10 people sleeping there! It felt like a yoga studio with how open it was hahaha Overall, the experience was absolutely amazing. We’ll definitely be booking this place again next time!
