Host seems like not prioritizing customer's comfort during the stay. May whole body ache after staying one night due to the less satisfactory pillow & bed provided and also the cleanliness of the room. As we are there for balik kampung we expect at least a welcoming homestay with facilities but not even tissue were provided for the guests.
