Willa Anna is very well located. It is nearby the lake (10mins walk), there are shops to buy groceries and rent bikes, it is also in the upper side of the village so it has a really nice view of the village and lake. The place is equipped and very much family friendly. We enjoyed so much the grilling and hoping that in the future we can come again.

Only the location and the view, but the villa is not clean at all. The sofa is dirty and yellow in color and has turned black. The name of the property was written in Booking. When we arrived, we were given another property under the name of a different company. Beware of them, they are scammers. There is no free cancellation and I was not able to get my money back or change the property. The owner was not interviewed only. The cleaning employee has nothing to do with it. She just opens the door and goes. There are no garbage containers near the residence, but at the end of the complex. The lighting in the laundry room does not work. Bring us bulbs so we can change them. There is no air conditioning. The bed is very uncomfortable and old, and the mattresses are old and full of dust and hair. The internet is very weak. The TV is very weak. There are no international channels. The dishes are mostly broken. The balcony, entrance and stairs are very dirty. Spider webs are spread everywhere. The kettle is old and dirty. There is no soap for washing clothes. Garbage has accumulated in front of the house for 3 days because there is no separate garbage container for each house. It says that there is a garden. They gave us the top floor and the garden for the residents of the first floor. It is not common. Their behavior was very rude. There is no understanding or cooperation. Cleaning tools are not enough for four people, including garbage bags, soap for the kitchen, detergents and disinfectants. There is no concern for the comfort of customers.

    That's a 10. I very rarely give it. This is a fantastic house. Everything is provided just for you, you can feel the privacy. Sauna, jacuzzi, and barbecue are available at any time. The house has everything you need. Everywhere is very clean and comfortable. The panoramic views of the mountains and the lake are very breathtaking. The owners are very polite, always in touch and ready to help. This is the kind of place you want to come back to again and again.

    The environment is very nice, near the lake, close to tourist attractions, whether on the Polish or Slovak side. In the house you can use the private sauna. There is also a small children's playground right next door and a covered place for bbq.
