The location, the view, the unexpectedly large outdoor and balcony space (with its own kitchen, shower and toilet!), and the very kind help from and interaction with the host - it really was one of the very best places we have stayed in for years. And then we were told about the semi-private steps from the property down the hill to the beach down below, just 100m from a beach with cafes and multiple steps with rails into the sea - those were a delight too.
