Great stay! Villa is perfectly located - there is local market 3 minutes walk from house - food is delicious! Right across villa there is CrossFit & gym. Owner is very helpful and organised for us bikes and taxi transfer. Highly recommend, we will be back!

This villa is was perfect for our stay! The host responds very quickly and is always willing to help. The house feels cozy and home-like, with all the necessary amenities like a dryer, oven, and dishwasher – which are hard to find in Thailand. Every room has air conditioning, including two rooms downstairs. The beds are very comfortable with really convenient mattresses and beautifully made. I especially loved the blackout blinds, which provided excellent sleep quality. The house is spacious, with plenty of desk space and many power outlets. There are also smart TVs in every room, high speed wifi and private parking space. I highly recommend this place for families and anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

O the manager is an amazing woman, she is extremely kind and helpful and good company, too. She offered to try mango sticky rice, even though the hotel doesn’t officially serve food. The room (10) offered all that’s needed, has a good mosquito net as well and the little terrace, despite facing the pool, is very private thanks to nice plants surrounding it. Big bathroom, good shower, super clean and great value for money. Will definitely return.

We enjoyed every single moment in this classy Villa. The Seaview is stunning and the Sunset is spectacular. Everything in the Villa - from the fine furniture to the big kitchen is high standard an well chosen by taste. The whole place is well maintained. Patrick the Owner is a really nice guy who took care of us very well - while keeping enough distance to ensure our full privacy. Every question and inquiry we had was answered on short hand. We surely would go there again - hopefully soon! Thank you Patrick Claus & Sandra
