The whole place was exceptional from arrival until we had to leave - and I say "had to" because we would have stayed longer if we had a choice! It was peaceful and the views were amazing! The kids had so much fun canoeing and the open spaces were a blessing. Truly a hidden gem! Our host Dianne was the best and went over and above to make our stay comfortable... despite loadshedding😁.

The house was very spacious and could accommodate us very comfortably. The bedrooms and bathrooms have underfloor heating and there is a cozy fireplace in the sitting room which makes it a great venue for the winter too. We loved it there.

The hosts communicate very well, are accessible on WhatsApp and phone calls anytime. Maxwell & Julia are on the property to assist with other general needs, very friendly staff. We didn’t struggle for anything, the pool table was a great feature, the entertainment area is the highlight for me. Fantastic stay on the river, environment is just awesome.
