The apartments are lovely and of a high standard. Spacious, with beautiful detail and views. Watching the hummingbirds and the other birds was a delight. The grounds are lovely. The location is close to the road to the waterfall and so out of the hustle and bustle. Everything was perfect. Thank you. This place is a little gem and very good value.

Karina set our tv up with her computer so we could watch the college football championship. The breakfasts were delivered to us hot and delicious so we could enjoy by the pool. Karina took our clean clothes and dried them for us. Their rental is immaculate and they are the sweetest couple! Friesy told us to call him any time during the remainder of our trip if we need help anywhere in Costa Rico.

We just loved our short stay here! The lodge was beautifully made with so many nice details, realy showing some great skills. The kotchen was fully equippes although we did not use it. The owners were lovely people. And the welcome with wine and chocolate was amazing! Unfortunately it rained heavily for most of our stay but we had a small window to listen to and watch birds in the morning.

The “villa” was in close proximity from the park and from a good place that serves amazing breakfast. It really did exceeded our expectations beyond anything. The park is much larger than you would think and has so much to explore and do. Very impressive place. Very relaxing. The rooms are a generous size with comfortable beds. The property is big with lots to see. Since it’s not a place with a lot of rooms, it feels very private and quiet. The family of gentlemen that manage and run the place were great with communication and helping find guides for tours and even getting a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday that happened while we were staying there. Fantastic place. Great communication. Terrific team of people managing and helping. This would also be a great place for a small group retreat or family trip. It’s close to Arenal and La Fortuna without the crowds, hustle and bustle of those areas.
