With a big group of 20, we had an amazing time. From booking to checkout, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided 10/10 hospitality with great communication. The site was so safe that the kids could run around and have fun all evening, which was a huge plus. We had multiple pods, but they were conveniently close together, making it easy to move between them. The staff were always available to help with anything we needed, and the parking support was really useful on arrival Even though it was the first weekend the site was open, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be back, and many people have already asked about our trip because it looked so good. This place is going to be busy!

I had a wonderful stay in Birmingham! The place was nice, very clean and hygienic, and absolutely beautiful. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Stunning property with Summer house, a property with a garden, is situated in Bescot, 11 km from Museum of the Jewellery Quarter, 12 km from StarCity, as well as 13 km from Villa Park. A large spacious house that is very clean & had everything we needed. Excellent hosts with fantastic communication; thorough instructions to allow for easy check in and out, and nothing was too much for them. Very accommodating (providing fans last minute), everyday essentials and treats on arrival. Parking on the driveway for 2 cars. The garden is amazing… very big, well kept, plenty of seating and the Summer house is an added bonus - lovely space to relax & watch tv. On a separate note, the Dora City Chinese takeaway is well worth ordering from!

Offering a garden and quiet street view, TheHaven is set in Wolverhampton, 25 km from Museum of the Jewellery Quarter and 27 km from Arena Birmingham. The house had everything necessary. Kitchen was well equipped, even with oil salt, coffee and tea.. It also had outside terrace, which was nice, but we didn't use it because of the weather.
