The hosts are amazing people and treated me and my partner like family after I fell ill due to a stomach bug, provided us with amenities and medicine without asking for anything in return and was always extremely responsive (literally minutes) on the phone no matter the time of the day. There is a restaurant under the property managed by them and the food is amazing, would recommend 10000/10.

Everything: - the host's communication, friendliness, and responsiveness - the place itself felt like home (newly renovated, modern, functional, practical, comfortable, everything there, comfortable beds, I like that the bedroom is on a separate floor to the main area) - location: it's a 2 minute walk to the arena, a 5-minute walk to the old town, 15 min to the central bus station - you can do cross circulation to keep it cool (there are 2 powerful a/c as well) - we were able to do an early check-in - thank you again - wish we could have stayed longer - can absolutely recommend this place. It feels like you are visiting friends or family

Whirlpool and pool were great and we used it so muuuuch. House is big and also garden was spacious. Big plus is great Alma that is the host there and is always available to help with any question or request. Thank you☺️

Ubytovanie Belvedere Holidays sa nachádza v Novigrad Istria v oblasti Istria 14 min. chôdze od miesta Pláž Karpinjan. Všetko bolo čisté a pekné. V závislosti od toho, ktorý apartman si vyberiete máte k dispozícii buď bazén, alebo gril alebo balkón. Parking pre 4 - 5 áut. Nie je problém zaparkovať aj väčšie auto. Do mesta a na pláž je to trošku ďalej pešo, cca 8 minút. Do supermarketu 6 minút. Autom ste všade ihneď. V meste je pár reštaurácií, odporúčam tú japonskú. Fakt super. Ubytovateľ veľmi ochotný a milí.

Tento nový rodinný rezort bol kompletne zrekonštruovaný v roku 2018 a nachádza sa v komplexe Park Resort len pár minút od najbližšej pláže.Ubytovacie zariadenie Park Villas ponúka ubytovanie s... Comfortable villas, plenty of space for family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Lots of outdoor space with plenty of loungers/seating. Quiet pool. All staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Walking distance of shops/restaurant/porec town.

The location is superb, with beautiful views over the hills of central Istria, in the middle of nature. The house is nicely decorated, very clean and a great place to stay. The garden offers a great swimming pool, lots of space with fruit trees and an outdoor kitchen. If you like nature, silence and great views then this place is highly recommended.

Our family stayed at Erik's house for several days and had a great time. Erik took great care of all our needs. Since we were traveling with a 7-month-old baby, he even bought a high chair and a mobile changing table just for us. The house feels brand new, the amenities are first-class, and we didn't miss a thing. As a welcome gift, Erik even stocked the fridge with a few drinks for us. It was a perfect stay, and if we ever come back to this area, we will definitely stay at this house again.
