This was hands down the best place we’ve stayed in Preko. The location couldn’t be better. Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, a grocery store right around the corner, and only a short drive to the ferry. It’s also a great starting point if you want to explore the island. The house itself is new, super clean, and beautifully designed. There are two terraces, one on the rooftop and one just off the living room. Both perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outside. We loved the big pool with lights for night swims and plenty of loungers to chill during the day. The built-in Bluetooth speakers were a really fun bonus! There’s lots of space to park in the yard. The air conditioning in every room was a lifesaver during the hot days, and the kitchen had literally everything you could need — whether you’re cooking dinner or baking a cake. There was even a vacuum, a robot vacuum, a pool cleaner, a washing machine, a dishwasher, drying racks, a printer, and an American-style fridge with an ice dispenser. The hosts were amazing. They speak English, were super friendly, and always easy to reach. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect vacation villa with all equipment you might need for a great time with your family. We really appreciate nice rooms, kitchen space and especially four bathrooms (every room has their own). Really comfortable lounge area with a pool and friendly staff in Lioqa resort.

Stone house Joe se nachází v dobré lokalitě v destinaci Preko a nabízí terasu a bezplatnou dopravu. Pláž Galovac se nachází 300 metrů odtud a Pláž Jaz 400 metrů. Great location, very spacious and comfortable (including the much needed air con), great attentions to detail (bowl of fruit, wine, juice and sparkling water provided on arrival) and a very responsive/helpful host (and her wonderful mum downstairs who provided support where needed).

Peter's beachside retreat se nachází u pláže v destinaci Kali. Pláž Batalaža se nachází 500 metrů odtud a Pláž Mul 1,5 km. Pláž Petra Dundova se nachází 200 metrů od tohoto ubytování s klimatizací. A perfect holiday apartment directly at the sea. Beautiful and well-equipped with a spectacular view across to Zadar. Lots of room for the family to spread out and enjoy. The charming little fishing village of Kali also lovely. Most of the tourists on the island were Croatians, which we also found very positive. There was a village fiesta on while we were there and this made the stay there even more memorable. We were travelling without a car and the service offered by Jelena was top! Pick up and drop off at the ferry terminal. Full points and highly recommendable! Alan

Plavo bijeli svijet se nachází v destinaci Preko a nabízí terasu. Pláž Galovac se nachází 300 metrů odtud, Pláž Jaz 400 metrů a Pláž Preko 500 metrů. Hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed on the Adriatic, and I’ve been exploring the Croatian coast for 20 years… A gorgeous old house, so cozy and comfy, beautifully decorated by the owner (who is an amazing person btw, very nice to talk to, very accomodating). The house is equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation, the kitchen is huge and new, the dining and living rooms are also very big, you have a full bathroom and another toilet on the 1st floor. The bedrooms are also huge, with large comfy beds - and each has their own AC unit. You even have a smart TV! Not that you’ll need it, because you have an amazing courtyard to enjoy the whole day, because there’s always at least a part of it in shade. And you have an outdoor shower which is great for hot summer days. The house is perfectly placed, in a quiet street, but close to the city centre (5min walk max) and close to the public beach (2min walk). We definitely recommend, and will be coming back next year! :)

Excellent location at the beach, quiet and comfortable with the perfect host. House was in pristine condition never felt like something was missing. Garden is a good place to spend your days and nights.

Villa Molaris ZadarVillas se nachází v destinaci Donje Selo a poskytuje ubytování s klimatizací, balkonem a bezplatným Wi-Fi. Pláž Južna Luka se nachází 600 metrů daleko a Pláž Muline 600 metrů. Definitely one of the best properties on the island Ugljan. Host Ana is an extremely friendly and caring during the whole stay. It’s one of the few villas that have all you need and vicinity of beaches in Muline is just a walk away as well as two restaurants and a grocery store. Great experience and great hosts.

MY DALMATIA - Sea view villa Nana with private swimming pool se nachází v destinaci Lukoran a nabízí venkovní bazén a výhled na bazén. We stayed at Villa Nana as a family of two adults and two kids, and our experience was absolutely perfect. Everything was exactly as described in the Booking.com listing and shown in the pictures – no surprises at all. Valter, the host, gave us a warm welcome with cold drinks and fresh fruits upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The house is extremely well-equipped, and we didn’t miss a thing during our stay. The built-in ice dispenser in the fridge was a fantastic touch, and the grill was perfect for outdoor cooking. Valter also surprised us with local fruits throughout our stay and gave us great tips on places to visit in the area. You can tell that a lot of love went into designing the house, and no expenses were spared. One small example, which is not always common, are the beautiful window shutters that block out light perfectly and keep the house cool. The full air conditioning system was also a huge plus, especially during the warmer days. In terms of location, there are swimming spots directly in the town, but if you’re looking for a more typical Croatian bay, you will need to drive a bit. There is also a small apartment connected to the house. While we had quiet neighbors, it’s worth mentioning that the walls are thin, so louder guests might be noticeable. Overall, we give Villa Nana a 10/10 and would highly recommend it for a relaxing family holiday!
