The property was centrally located close to the super cute town of Edenderry. We rented a car and we were able to visit Cork, Belfast, the Cliffs of Moher, Belfast, and Dublin during our five day stay. The house was on a beautiful piece of land surround by green pastures. It was awesome hearing the sheep and cows every morning and night. The hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond. We loved their two dogs who would welcome us home in the evening after we came back from exploring Ireland. It was a home away from home.

We liked basically everything! We met the property manager rather than the owner but that was fine; she was very informative and had lots of helpful advice as well as handing off the keys and showing us the ropes. It's quite spacious and well-furnished with a functional kitchen and a bunch of bedrooms and bathrooms. We spent a whole day just walking around the next-door castle grounds and general area. Friendly neighbors, easy to get to, free off-street parking if you rented a vehicle. Served as a "home base" for day trips around Ireland for us. Highly recommend.

Posizionato a Banagher, a 34 km da Dun na Si Heritage & Genealogical Centre, 34 km da Athlone Institute of Technology e 36 km da Centro Commerciale Athlone Towncentre, Cosy Townhouse on The Hill in... The cabin was very clean and very well stocked. Ger met us at the door with the key and he gave us mini tour and showed us how things worked. He provided us with goodies (bottle of wine, bread, coffee, an apple pie, and cream which went well with the strawberries we picked up along the way). The cottage is quite central which makes it easy for day-tripping the surroundings areas & we highly recommend Simon Lyons bar down the street - good place to have a Guinness after a day of exploring. Ger was great, he is a wealth of knowledge and willing to help. He can be counted on for suggestions for places to visit and for any issues that may arise.

Stunning house surrounded by lovely gardens in a peaceful location. The house was very comfortable, spacious and plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Pool table was great fun for our sons in the evening. Our hosts were friendly, flexible and so helpful. Would highly recommend.
