We stayed in the tree house at Kalidasa for 3 nights, what a truly magical experience we had! The accommodation in the treehouse is basic, clean and comfortable, but the setting and the hospitality of Sudheesh and his family are exceptional. Their recommended driver, Namshi, organised all our transport and arranged safaris for us. Sudheesh’s wife and mother produced delicious home cooked meals and Sudheesh was very happy to share his extensive knowledge of the area. They made our stay, in what is already a really beautiful place, as good as it could be. If you get chance to have a massage whilst you’re there, do, it’s another great experience! For a genuine local and back to nature experience, we highly recommend this place.

Sipping a coffee watching those mountains is a great feeling to say.. Owner Vishnu is very warm and welcoming😇 This place Feels like you’re in the middle of a deep forest.. Highly recommend this place and you won’t regret it.. 😊

PEARL HUT home stay vythiri Wayanad er staðsett í Vythiri, 10 km frá Lakkidi-útsýnisstaðnum, 19 km frá Karlad-stöðuvatninu og 21 km frá Kanthanpara-fossunum. We loved the property and easily accessible to the primary spots. Neat and clean property with enough facilities for cooking and with a big parking. It was Calm and peaceful with no disturbance from surrounding and a very supportive owner and care taker. We were 5 Friends and the rooms were very accomodative.

Special Highlights (5/5): The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the stunning location. It's a rare privilege to be on top of a peak, surrounded by lush greenery and captivating vistas. Additionally, the homemade food served here is an absolute delight. Fresh and delicious, it adds a distinct charm to the experience. Additional Notes: It's worth noting that the path leading to the hermitage can be challenging for some vehicles. When Mr. Radhakrishnan advises on whether your vehicle can make it, trust his judgment. The journey might be tough, but the destination is equally rewarding.

Nostalgia Homestay býður upp á garðútsýni og gistirými með verönd og katli, í um 4,3 km fjarlægð frá Pookode-stöðuvatninu. A big villa with lots of space surrounded by nature. Everything was comfortable and clean. Praveen is an incredibly helpful host and the caretaker Joy is a great help. Our stay was beyond anything we expected and we would definitely return to this place when in Wayanad.

Teaside Inns er staðsett í Vythiri, aðeins 10 km frá Karlad-vatni og býður upp á gistirými með garðútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Kitchen facilities, campfire area, well-maintained rooms and outdoors, balconies with breathtaking views, and outdoor dining. Special mention to the caretaker Abdul Rahman. He was so hospitable.

Zyamadhari er með garð og gistirými með eldhúsi í Mananthavady, 10 km frá Thirunelly-hofinu. Einkabílastæði eru í boði á staðnum á þessum nýlega enduruppgerða gististað. We stayed at the townhouse. It's very clean and well maintained. The hosts Santhosh and Bhaskarettan are super helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Santhosh is a tour guide too and is very knowledgeable of the whole area. The food is just expectational. Although the options are limited, everything we ate was prepared with care to meet our needs. The luscious paddy fields, serene atmosphere, and quiet and relaxing spot make this place a must stay.

Staffs are so polite and they I'll be available at any time to do the needful for you. The best part is parking space.

White Rose er gististaður með garði í Chekadi, 19 km frá Thirunelly-hofinu, 29 km frá Banasura-hæðinni og 30 km frá Banasura Sagar-stíflunni. An Idyllic spot to unwind and disconnect. The caretakers super caring and available, the owner flexible and communicative. Silence, rain, nature and good sleep :) Enjoy!
