This family run hotel is fantastic. The staff, food, and service are a 10 out of 10. It’s close to the crab market and easy to take a Tuk Tuk to other locations. We loved the design of the bathroom in our cute bungalow. We would stay here again!

Absolutely everything. Bungalows are simple, comfortable and clean. The place is right on the beach and runned by a very friendly family. The food is delicious. Would come back again.

Very nice bungalows with every amenity you could want! Beautiful pool, gardens, and especially kind owners who were there to check us in late at night. Breakfast was also great!

Simple bungalows, with their own bathroom, hammock on the deck for relaxing. Very close to the beach. Electricity on at night for the fan. Helpful staff. A range of delicious food at the restaurant.

The new hotel in Kep offers fresh and cozy rooms in a good location near the city center. The owner is friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are definitely worth the money, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Fantastic property backing onto the National Park. The wooden bungalow is charming. No bathroom or shower for these but there are 2 toilets and 2 showers for the 3 huts so not congested. Other bungalows are all en suite. Pool is stunning. Great lighting in the bungalow which is much appreciated. Lionel the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful and can arrange anything. About 10 minutes to the Crab market and restaurants but recommend a scooter so you can really get out and about.

Beautiful complex with a large pool and cosy bungalows. The team was very nice, especially the boss who helped me print an important document. Food is delicious. I will come again. :)
